Durban is the third largest city in South Africa. His port is the busiest in Africa.

The downstairs area is a café bar area which is busiest as a lunch venue and then later in the night for after show drinks, light meals and parties. It hosts many art exhibition, bands and launches and has become a landmark in Durban’s creative industries meeting and melting pot.

The Upstairs floor houses an Upmarket restaurant with a balcony area. The menu upstairs is a cosmopolitan mix of flavours of the world, whose menu is designed and steered by Chef  Brendan Newport, who is a partner in the business.

The restaurant has been featured on many TV programs including Top Billing, Nightlife, Eastern Mosaic, Ainsley Harriet BBC prime cooking program, and is in the process of filming a pilot TV cooking series. It has also been featured in many local and international magazines.
